PBH 304 - Issues in Women’s Health

Public Health Elective. Designed to acquaint the student throughout the elder years. It includes aspects of female biological function in health and disease, as well as wellness strategies for the comtemporary woman. A small portion of the course is directed to economic, political , social, and cultural aspects of women’s health care. The course is team taught and also uses guest lecturers. Prerequisite: Junior status.
